We are delighted to share our latest Special Issue, Integrating Translanguaging, Multimodality, and Arts-Based Pedagogies in Multilingual Classrooms (Guest Editors: Dr. Shakina Rajendram & Dr. Zhongfeng Tian), now published in The Language Learning Journal.
This Special Issue examines how translanguaging, multimodal, and arts-based pedagogies can foster creativity, criticality, and equity across diverse language learning contexts. Together, the contributions offer rich examples of how teachers, learners, families, and communities draw on their full linguistic, semiotic, cultural, and artistic repertoires to reimagine language education.
