DELL项目：
DELL项目分为三个部分：
职业发展公开课，每一期为三节课，每节课1小时，共两期，项目持续时间为6周
21世纪领导力公开课：即高管巡讲，会由DELL高管和总部邀请到的500强企业高管作为主讲嘉宾
Top to Future Top Forum：即全国赛期间进行的领导力论坛，由赛扶学生和企业高管共同参与的论坛
激发职能量项目：
希望通过这次活动，帮助更多的大学生就业。Enactus希望能够在帮助社区同时帮助学生在未来有很好的发展。
以此打响团队在学校的品牌。希望更多的学生通过参与项目来了解Enactus是什么，我们在做什么，我们想做什么。
通过这个活动帮助团队做好跟学校的公关。提升学校、老师对团队的认同，为团队的发展起到较好的作用。
工作组工作模式：
本项目并非专案项目，而是赛扶官方赞助的校园活动，因此工作组偏向于职能性工作
工作组全权负责项目的筹备、执行、反馈过程
工作组成员可获得项目奖金的20%-30%作为团队小福利
工作组主要工作计划和时间节点：
11.5-11.10：联系讲师&收集讲师简历
11.13-11.15：讲师确定
11.6：讲师联系，协调讲师时间，确定讲师授课内容，安排讲师培训会
11.17-11.18：地区讲师培训会&校园宣传
11.19-11.23：校内路演宣传，学生报名，网络宣传等
11.24-11.25：确定上课信息（学生&讲师）
11.26-12.21：项目执行，完成六节课的开设
备注：赛扶中国提供所需宣传品（条幅除外，条幅是根据学校要求进行制作的）
