Survey - Consumption of Luxury and Premium brands

As part of my Exec MBA, my team and I are conducting a survey based research on the Consumption Patterns of Luxury and Premium Brands. 

To help me with this survey, it would be great if you guys could log onto the below URL and fill in the form to register your responses.

It's a plain and simple form, mainly multiple choice with about 15 questions, so shouldn't take over 2 to 3 mins to fill.
