New Trends in HR & OD

Folks,

Following are the Q's for our New Trends in HR paper: The notes for the same are with me which i will be getting on Friday to college.

1. Explain in detail performance model for Organisational Excellence.
2. Explain PCMM with reference to Wipro's Case study.
3. Difference between CMM & PCMM.
4. What is Employee Engagement. Explain in detail 10 C's of Employee Engagement.
5. What is the model for HRM Score board.
6. Explain Human Capital Proposition with reference to SABMiller's case study.

He said there will be 6 Q's out of which we will have to solve any 4. All are straight forward Q's and the answers are there in the notes. He wants us to produce and explain the theory of the models from his notes. I have asked him and marked whatever is important in the notes for our reference.

OD:

It seems he had to set 3 Q papers and out of which our college will pick up any 1. So he said he had to include every possible topic that he has covered in class to make 3 different Q papers with diff Q's in each. So we have to be prepared with whatever he has taught. Paper pattern for OD remains as Rathi had mentioned in her mail.
