Dear All,

Please find attached Annual report of Student Council 2012-13 fyr and discussion for today's meeting scheduled at 5:30 pm or 6 pm.

Below mentioned points needs to be added in the report.

1. Add photos in the Task Accomplishment section (Shiva pls do the needful)

2. Need to the write 3-4 lines about National Conference in the Task Accomplishment section (Pharma/Bio members pls do the needful)

Hi All,

 Please find the attached revised copy of the Annual report. Following are the action items remaining for this report before finalization:

1) @Akshata: Please add the finance related recommendations.

2)@Krithika : Please add the national conference write up.

3)@Shiva : Please add the required photographs.

 Akshata and Krithika please add your write up in the reply mail itself , I will compile your inputs in this final Annual report.

Please ensure that all the suggestions or requests be send before 5 pm tomorrow and any suggestions after that wont be added as we will be sending this report for verification to Sharmila Madam.It's a request to reply to this mail itself as I am compiling this report on team's behalf.

First of all Happy Friendships Day...

Had a wonderful year with you guys.....

My recommendations:

For SIESCOMS

1. The accounts department should have different accounts for Virtualities Corporate event, Virtualities Student event and Pixels.

 The reason is it becomes difficult to track the sponsorship and transactions for respective events.

For new Student Council

1.There should be a position called as Treasurer in the Council having the sole authority of the finances without whose sign no payments to the vendors or deposits in bank should be made.

Write up on national conference

National conference on" Emerging trends in healthcare industry in India "   was captained by Student Council members of Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology management.The event held on 4th of January 2013  showcased the insights on growth potentials of various healthcare segments by eminent speakers from the industry.It was also marked by paper presentation from various scholars in the arena of healthcare sector.
