Dear Sharmila Ma'am,

Please find attached Student Council 2012-13--- Annual Report for your reference and approval. 

Please advise suggestions if any. Same will incorporated in the report and the final report will be sent to Dr. A.K Sengupta for his referral and further deliberation on recommendations and solutions suggested by the council with respect to SIESCOMS and Student Council.

This is a proactive initiative taken by the council. The main objective of this report is to lay a foundation for future councils of SIESCOMS and officially present students' view points in front of the management.

I have gone through the report and made small changes from the perspective of language and syntax.

It is a good report and a very good initiative. I have some concerns regarding a couple of your recommendations.The first one is with regard to Virtualities. The vision of the event finding solutions for corporate problems seems a little lofty. Second concern is with regard to the treasurer. The mentoring bit is a good idea but council being considered with regard to all student related issues is not practical.

However, there is no harm in making the recommendations.
