We are exploring the opportunity for Campus Recruitment of GET’s in the field of Mechanical, Production/ Manufacturing & Mechatronics and ET’s in MBA (Marketing or Operation)
We shall be taking them as Graduate Engineer Trainee or Executive Trainee:
- They will be on an operational training for 1 year.
- After evaluating their performance for 6 months, they will be allocated to various departments (Sales, Marketing, Quality, etc.) depending on the vacancy and their interest.
- The Salary package offered is 3 LPA for GET & ET.
- Joining of the shortlisted candidates will be in July, 2016
- The students are also required to give a bank guarantee of 1.5 Lakhs for a period of 2 years (FD in the name of candidate/guardian)
Eligibility Criteria-
GETs: Minimum 60% throughout. No Live back paper.
Selection Process:
1. Group Discussion
2. Technical test
3. Language, Aptitude & Psychometric Test
4. Personal Interview.
(Each shall be an elimination round)
