Dear Students,
The Convocation Ceremony for conferment of degrees to the passed out batch of 2015-16 is organized on February 18, 2017 at 2.30 PM in the GST Auditorium.
You are cordially invited to attend the same. You are expected to come in formal dress and should be seated half an hour before the program mandatory in the convocation gown. The registration would start at 1.00 PM.
Kindly confirm your presence latest by February 17, 2017 by 5.00 p.m. by filling the form given in the below link:

You are requested to collect the convocation gowns at the institute by paying a non-refundable rent of Rs.120/- . At the end of the ceremony the convocation gown should be returned in same condition back at the college counter.
