2009 SVGVS has come to an end. Thanks to everyone!

The 2009 Sierra Vista Grass Volleyball Series has come to an end. I
wanted to take the time to thank everyone who participated this year.
We had our largest tournaments in history this year with the most
people registered. The growth this year was amazing and I look forward
to more growth in the future.

Within the next week I will be sending out a survey. Even though we
had a good season I am sure there are areas for improvement and I
would like your input.

This season we saw new things such as the Visual scoreboards, new net
system, new balls, different formats, etc. And all these things came
from suggestions from players. So your input will be used. One thing I
am looking to do for next year is to put together a committee that
will meet before the season to discuss rules, formats, prizes, cost,
seeding etc. Doing this all myself is quite the task and I am not
perfect. So with a small committe of players I hope we can put our
minds together to iron out some of the remaining wrinkles. If you are
interested in being on the committee let me know.

Thanks again to all of you for making this a great summer. I am worn
out, but I am sad its over and look forward to next summer.
