Impt Info for the PGW Rate Case Hearings on this Tues & Wed

Hello Philly Sierra Club Volunteers,

I wanted to make sure you all know about the upcoming PGW Rate Case Hearings that will take place before the PUC on this Tuesday and Wednesday. There will be 4 sessions total -- 2 in-person sessions on Tuesday and 2 telephonic sessions on Wednesday. 

This is your chance to make your voice heard about how a $105M rate increase will impact you and your neighbors, and the long-term need for PGW to make a meaningful just transition plan away from fossil fuels.

Please find all info below! The online info session is completely optional (and just meant to provide context for those who would like some) and starts in 15 mins (at 7pm on Sunday, May 4). 

For the in-person hearings you can just show up, but for the telephonic hearings, you need to register by 4pm tomorrow (MONDAY, May 5).

The sign-up form, please continue to share. Note that in addition to the hearing you choose to attend, we have an online information session about the hearings on Sunday at 7PM, and we’ll rally for a group photo on Tuesday at 12:15PM before the 1PM hearing. Here is the key information, altogether.
