Here are links to more info about these hikes and to RSVP and sign the online waiver. Mt Joy Hike - 10:00 am start (gather at 9:45) Led by Sierra Club Outings Leaders About 2.5 miles. Easy to Moderate (depending on temp) Passing by the Inner Line Defense and The Redoubt Sign me up for the Mt Joy Hike Mt Misery Hike - 1:00 pm start (gather at 12:45) Led by Sierra Club Outings Leaders About 5 miles. Moderate to strenuous Passing by General Knox's Quarters, The iconic Covered Bridge, Valley Creek and the ruins of a colonial bottling plant. Sign me up for the Mt Misery Hike Bird Walk - 10:00 am start (gather at 9:45) In partnership with the Valley Forge Park Alliance (expert guide) About 1 mile. Easy Looking and listening for bird species in two habitats, woods’ edge and meadow Sign me up for the Bird Walk Tree Identification - 1:00 pm start (gather at 12:45) In partnership with PA DCNR/Forestry (expert guide) About 2 miles. Easy A leisurely stroll through the park identifying trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants along the way Sign me up for the Tree Identification Walk Macro Invertebrates - 10:00 am start (gather at 9:45) In partnership with Valley Forge Trout Unlimited (expert guide) About 4 miles.
