Volunteer Opportunities with the local Sierra Club in 2025

The Sierra Club Southeastern Pennsylvania Group (SPG) is gearing up for a big year of environmental action.

Thank you to everyone that is already contributing their time to a Sierra Club team or committee or any other environmental and climate justice advocacy organization. If you are looking for something more that you can do with your volunteer time, please consider joining a Sierra Club team this year.

Here is a slide deck with audio narration that tries to illustrate the all-volunteer SPG is organized and the various volunteer opportunities. It takes about 13 minutes to listen to all of it, but you can click forward (or back) at your own pace.

I just wanted to follow up on this call for local Sierra Club volunteers for 2025. The volunteer leaders have held some organizing meetings and we can put a little more detail on the Teams, Sub-Teams and volunteer leaders for each. See list below. It would be great to grow these teams with energized volunteers this winter - so we can hit the ground running in the spring!
