Chester Residents Concerned for Quality Living - CRCQL (pronounced “circle”) is a non-profit, community-led organization focused on environmental justice and health concerns in Chester City and Delaware County. We empower residents on the issues of pollution and environmental threats through outreach, education and programming that provide tools on how to take action through collaboration.
Our community meetings are bi-weekly Thursdays at 7pm on Zoom, and all are welcome to attend.
