Wounded Warrior half marathon

Hello all,

As a running club president, I get numerous advertisements and race
notices emailed to me. I try to filter the bad and pass along the
good. So here's one to note if anyone wants to make the drive.

Good Afternoon,

As the Race Director for running events held at Naval Base Ventura
County, I would like to encourage you all to distribute the following
information to any teams, clubs, or other runners you feel might be
interested.

On September 17, 2011, Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) will host the
2011 Wounded Warrior Half Marathon, 5k Run, and Military Mile event,
benefitting the Wounded Warrior program at NBVC. Online registration
for this event is available through Monday, September 12 at 11:59pm
and can be found at: http://www.active.com/event_detail.cfm?event_id=1959926

An electronic version of the event flyer is also attached. Please feel
free to copy and distribute freely. Your assistance spreading the word
of this important event is greatly appreciated.
