I have seen a couple post indicate they received a different (better) price by phoning, compared to looking it up online. I typically use online to research & then book by phoning, due to using Next Cruise certificates. Anyone want to chime on if they have had this experience?

They should be but there was one recent post that had the website pricing at just over $5000 CDN$ for 2 in a D1 balcony on the Freedom. The phone pricing that they ended up booking at was a little over $2000.

Your overall best bet is to use a Discount Travel Agency. I always save money over online prices at Cruise Line website. I have learned over the years you can save up to 20% over booking directly with any cruise line. I just recently booked on the Harmony and saved over 18.5 % between lower fare and OBC. On my previous cruise on Quantum, I saved 18 %, and on my last 2 Royal Princess cruises I saved 18 % and !9 % respectively compared to web site/phone prices.

Yes. Phone.com gives you multiple options to fit your precise business needs, so you only pay for what you need, when you need it. We also offer add-on premium features for more advanced phone services. Business phone system pricing plans start at just $12.74 per month per user for the Basic plan. Want to save even more? Choose to be billed annually instead of monthly and save 15%

A user is anyone who can make or receive business calls using Phone.com. In most organizations, each employee who makes or receives calls will be a user. Good news! Adding more users might reduce your per-user rate.

Phone.com allows you to pick the right plan for each user, so you pay for only what you need. For example, if you are the business owner, you might want to be a Pro user to take advantage of features like call recording and video meeting transcription. However, the basic user option might be sufficient for people who work in the field and take fewer calls.

Each basic user in your account will add 500 minutes to be used by any basic user in your account for inbound or outbound calling. For example, if you have 3 basic users in your account, 1,500 minutes will be available for use by any of those users. This applies only to basic users. All plus and pro users will have unlimited minutes.

Like others in the industry, Phone.com must bill customers under the laws and regulations set in place by tax authorities and regulatory agencies, including federal, state, and local regulators. These jurisdictions and agencies assess taxes, fees, and surcharges for telecommunications-related services and programs that solution providers, including Phone.com, are obligated to collect from customers and remit to these agencies. There are also some surcharges that telephone-related services providers are permitted, but not required to pass through to customers.

Taxes and fees that impact the telecommunications industry are frequently adjusted, based on your location, and subject to change without notice. If new or different taxes, surcharges, or fees are imposed on Phone.com, we will include those adjustments in applicable billings.

You have a choice in pricing options with Phone.com. Depending on your business needs, you can choose between our month-to-month or annual payment options. Save by paying annually, or reserve the flexibility to cancel at any time by selecting month-to-month payments.

Applicable federal and state taxes and fees will be added to your monthly invoice.

Pooled and unlimited plans include calls to the United States and many area codes in Canada. Click here for international rates.

All plans are subject to fair use restrictions on voice, text, and video. For more information refer to the Terms of Service. Business SMS is limited to Person-to-Person SMS, only. Application-to-Person SMS is available at an additional cost.

Minutes in excess of the Basic plan limits will incur overage fees. Each user of the basic plan receives a total of 500 minutes for inbound or outbound calling, which can be pooled across users in the same account.

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to user fees only. Premium phone numbers and hardware are excluded. For Basic plan users, the 30-day money-back guarantee includes up to 500 minutes per user. Usage above those limits will be billed at standard rates.

In order to protect against international dialing fraud, international calling must be enabled for your account by our support team. In some cases, a $200 deposit may be required before international dialing is enabled.

The US wireless carriers have implemented registration requirements and fees for outbound text messages to their customers. Customers that wish to use Phone.com for text messaging will need to register and accept these additional fees. Learn more.

On the Zoom Phone pricing page -phone you see list prices, and the $120/year/user means $10 a month or $120 a year for a single user. This pricing falls under the "U.S. and Canada Metered" plan and provides the features listed in that column such as a DID based in the U.S./Canada, domestic SMS and MMS, etc. Inbound calls on a Metered plan would not cost extra, extension to extension calls would not either, but outbound calls from a user across the PSTN would have a per minute cost, that is the "metered" part of the plan, and why it's called "Pay as you Go." Basically as outbound call usage happens, Zoom will bill in arrears for that. So you'd have $10 per user/month plus the metered rates for outbound PSTN calling.

There is also a US and Canada Unlimited plan which is $180/year/user aka $15/month per user. This gives all the benefits of the metered plan but adds unlimited outbound calling to people in the U.S. and Canada so you have more predictable costs. There are some other features added, too, some of them mentioned in the data below the pricing.

There are also some add-ons towards the bottom which show different options you can add as needed. The really cool thing about Zoom Phone licensing is you can mix and match for users, it's not a one size fit all model and we want to help you achieve your goals at the most cost effective way possible.

- add a phone number to your account to receive main business line calls, $5 per month. That phone number would be assigned to the Auto Receptionist at your main site configured in Zoom Phone. You could configure this main number with a greeting and a phone tree to give callers options (e.g. press 1 for sales, 2 for marketing, 3 to leave a message, etc.)
