Hi,
The FTP server seems to be unavailable:

ftp://ftp.joedog.org/pub/

Maybe you should try hosting the source somewhere else, more reliable
(like Github, Sourceforge or likewise)?

Thanks for making Siege, I'm curious to try it out (when I can
download it).
