Job Experience/Skills
· At least 3 projects with complete ownership of the client's business requirements (responsible for gathering, documenting and validating the business requirements)
· Expertise in coordination with the internal teams to ensure requirements are communicated and understood by the technical/delivery team
· Experience in analyzing business requirements and creating a detailed functional specifications (also used for the technical design)
· Experience in providing support during the roll-outs and implementation of SCRs
· Managing communication with the client
· Must understand SDLC with in depth knowledge in Software Testing Life Cycle
· Experience with Siebel CRM product is a big plus
· Experience with Records Management and specifically would be a big plus.
· At least 5 years of relevant industry experience
