Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Type of hire: Fulltime with integrator; first 6 months will be in MI (salary approx $100K and below)
Desired start date: 11/9/2009
Must Have Skills: Siebel CRM Application, Client Facing role, Good Communication, Analytical ability
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Communication: The person should be having superior communication skills as he/she will be directly working with business
Technical understanding: The person should be having good Siebel technical understanding, know the user admin functionality thoroughly and good at estimation. The person should be good in understanding the solution which Siebel can provide and educate the business on the functionality. Also the person will talk to business, understand the requirements and convert that to a functional requirement.
There are lot of unused licenses of various modules which the client has purchased. The person will evaluate these modules and see how it can be utilized by business to improve productivity.
