Analyze, develop and maintain operational processes, procedures and systems that enable accurate data capture and reporting
Work with team leads to develop necessary data capture processes required to build a comprehensive foundation for business intelligence reporting
Provide accurate and timely Reporting and Metrics to Stakeholders
Ensure Sales Desk Customer Survey Quality and Integrity
Identify opportunities to reduce service processing times via value-stream mapping
Maintain and monitor operational and key business metrics
Operational Excellence
