  Experience should include serving as a lead farm support engineer for medium-to-large SharePoint deployments that included multi-server farms and multiple farms.
  Experience should include supporting end users, power users and applications developers.
  Experience migrating site collections from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010.
  Administering SharePoint 2010 with Windows PowerShell.
  SharePoint Designer 2010.
  Configuring PowerPivot in SharePoint
  Configuring SSRS in SharePoint
  Microsoft IIS.
  Microsoft SQL Server.
  Axceler ControlPoint.
  DocAve.
  SharePoint 2007.
