The Sidecar button is there but nothing happens when I left-click it

Also, I set a keyboard shortcut to Ctrl+B, and nothing happens when I use it.

I just replied to a very similar comment on the chrome store. I'm guessing it was you. I'm glad you added the comment here as well as I have no way to see if people get emails when I leave comments on the chrome store. Anyway, here is what I said. 

Would you try refreshing the page and then clicking it. After you install Sidecar for the first time the browser pages you already had open don't know about the install. So you'd have to refresh or restart the browser. From there on out you should be all set.
