We appreciate your interest in this project. 

This is not a dead project. This is a complete open source CEP solution and released under Apache License. 

Currently we are not in sourceforge,  but rather we moved to another open source community. Now Siddhi is incubating in WSO2 [1] (under Apache license ) and currently it has improved in to a good extent. So currently our discussions takes place in WSO2 mailing lists [2].

The latest stable version is available at[1] but we doing some significant changes and the current code is at[2].
You can expect a release for Siddhi 1.0 in the mid August.

Also pl. keep your SF page up to date as with a link to the new location. Also think of migrating your repo from SVN to mercurial.
