Default event saving time in pattern query (use insert into stream)?

If i write a pattern query without "within xx ", how much time will event be saved as default? Can i have a clean policy here?

Hi Fengj,

The within clause is optional. If we do not specify a within clause, just the order of events that match the given pattern will be considered, without any time duration in between them. [1]
