Trauma Care for Genocidaires -- Provincial Rounds at UBC

On June 10, 2026, the University of British Columbia Department of Emergency Medicine will be hosting Provincial Grand Rounds on Trauma Care in the zionist settler colonial entity. These rounds will be hosted by Dr. Daniel Kollek who is an ex IDF military combat officer.

While the settler colony of Israel continues to commit mass atrocities and genocide in Palestine, Lebanon and Iran, the health care system of the genocidaires is being profiled by the UBC. This is shameful. The settler colony of Israel has already murdered over 1700 health workers in Gaza, and 131 in Lebanon.

It is known that the zionist entity specifically targets health care so as to destroy society and anything that helps preserve life.

It is known that the Israeli Medical System plays an active role in the genocide in Palestine. From encouraging the bombing of Al Shifa hospital, to the torture of Palestinian political prisoners, to the desecration of Palestinian bodies even after death, to the denial of medical care to Palestinians…Israeli’s medical system operates to dehumanize, deny and torture.

But it is not the Israeli medical system alone. They act with the active support of a zionist medical community in Canada and abroad, and a system that protects it. A community that spreads misinformation and anti-Palestinian racism, which are key determinants in this genocide.

UBC is whitewashing the crimes of genocide and their perpetrators. Act now to stop an Israeli combat officer from having a platform for genocide.
