Canada is more complicit in Israel's genocide than we previously knew thanks to this loophole

A new report is exposing hundreds of shipments from Canadian military manufacturers to the U.S. weapons factories that manufacture Israel’s warplanes, bombs and artillery shells.

A bombshell report just dropped exposing new levels of Canadian complicity in Israel’s genocide in Gaza.

This new report, from the Palestinian Youth Movement, Arms Embargo Now, World Beyond War and CJPME, found hundreds of shipments from Canadian military manufacturers to the U.S. weapons factories.

Those factories manufacture Israel’s warplanes, bombs and artillery shells.

That’s not all they found.

It turns out Canada has been serving as a “vital” transit corridor for hundreds of shipments of European-made TNT as it weaves its way towards U.S. bomb-makers.

This contradicts promises made by both the current and former foreign affairs minister, who pledged that Canadian weapons would have no part in Israel’s atrocities in Gaza.

“A regulatory loophole exempts most U.S.-bound military goods from requiring permits, meaning that the vast majority of this weapons pipeline operates in a deliberate blackhole – hidden from public scrutiny, government tracking, and human rights assessments,” the report explains.
