Elect Delegates at Their Meeting in Baltimore. WILL COLONIZE PALESTINE Rabbis Gottheil and Wise Were Chosen Members of the International Executive Committee.

BALTIMORE, Md., June 19. — The first business at to-day's session of the annual conference of the Federation of American Zionists was the election of two members from America, to serve on the Executive Committee of the International Congress, which will assemble on Aug. 15, at Basel, Switzerland.
