The People Of Iran Should Avoid the US & Israel & The UK Like the Plague

The sheer absurdity of thinking Trump/Netanyahu or the Brits will deliver freedom.

Short and not too sweet.

I hope that the people of Iran can overthrow the Islamic Republic without the assistance of the three nations that have done the most damage to Iran and the whole Middle East over the last century and more: the United States, the UK, and Israel.

Of course, the crimes of the two can’t be compared. Yes, Israel supported Shah Reza Mohammed Pahlavi and worked with SAVAK to torture Iranian dissidents. More recently it has bombed Iran and killed civilians—especially scientists—as if, by divine right, they can kill any Iranian who even thinks negatively of Israel. Especially if they know how nuclear power works. And their families, too, if they are in the way.

But were it not for the United States, there would never have been an Islamic Republic at all. The Iranian people rose up in 1952, deposed the despotic Pahlavis and elected Mohammed Mosadegh, the first and last democratically elected Persian leader. He came to power determined to reform the political system, to claw back the oil wealth stolen by US and UK oil companies, and convert Iran into a modern democracy—free of Pahlavis and free of coercive religion.

So what did the United States do? It engineered a coup, reinstalled the Shah, and took Iran away from the Iranians and handed it back to the US/British oil companies.

And that action, and that alone, led to the creation of the Islamic Republic, by people who were sick of the Shah, Savak, and the fascist regime, overthrew them—only to see their revolution hijacked by medieval religious fanatics led by Ayatollah Khomeini.

Every crime of the mullahs and ayatollahs against the Iranian people ever since is on us. We put them there.

And now we, of all people, are going to liberate them.

No way. Not a chance. Anything the demonic Trump touches dies. Add Netanyahu to the mix, and you are truy f—ked.

Please suffering Iranians. Remember the adage JFK quoted in his inaugural address: “Those who foolishly sought power by riding on the back of the tiger, ended up inside.” If you are “freed” by the US and Israel, you will be owned by them.

Never trust the US, the UK, Russia, China, or Israel. And never trust the latest Pahlavi, who is their puppet. As for the Islamists, well, you’ve known that all along.
