The BDS movement is hosting a landmark event and you’re invited. The next chapter starts now, help us write it.
In 2005, the Palestinian call for Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) became the backbone of the global movement for Palestinian liberation.
This November, the BDS@20 Europe Regional Conference will be held in Barcelona, and it’s shaping up to be a pivotal moment to define the movement’s next chapter.
With leadership from the BDS National Committee — the largest coalition in Palestinian society — they’ll chart concrete pathways to dismantle Israeli apartheid. The BDS@20 Europe conference lineup features some of the most influential figures advocating across Europe and beyond in the struggle for Palestinian liberation today, including:
British-Palestinian surgeon and scholar Ghassan Abu Sitta; Noura Erakat, leading scholar on international law and Israeli impunity; Omar Barghouti, co-founder of the Palestinian-led BDS movement; UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese; Robert Del Naja, Vocalist and Producer, Massive Attack; Activist and former member of the House of Representatives of Malaysia, Nurul Izzah Anwar, and actress and advocate of Palestinian rights, Hiba Abouk.
