附件中是CTA 会副我的有关授权书查询邮件。大概意思是CTA从今天开始处理我们的案子。但由于每年有很多乘客申诉航空公司(包括所有加拿大人乘坐过的），所以处理速度不能保证。附件中的另外一个文件是如何查询案子的进展．
