Dear Passengers,

Thank you so much for your patience!

In this morning, we are authorized from headquarter of Sichuan Airlines to give compensation to the passengers who took the flight 3U8579 on 21May, 2013 and didn’t receive any compensation.
We deeply apologize for taking the long time to get the authority as HQ has to find out the record in the past year. 


Anyway, 
you could get your compensation now, please see the information as follow: 

1. The Compensation Standard is RMB500.00 for each passenger , equal to CAD85.00

2. The available time to collect your compensation is 09:00AM to 11:00AM on every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, from 22Jul,2014 to 02Aug,2014. 

3. Address: Sichuan Airlines ticketing counter on level 3 international departure of YVR. 

4. We will cash to you by Canadian Dollar. Please note you have to take your photo ID, boarding pass or ticket number when you arrived our counter. 

5. If you are not able to collect the compensation by yourself, you could authorized your relatives or friend to pick it up. In this way, a copy of your Photo ID, copy of boarding pass or ticket number, authorized file is needed as well.
