Dear Chen,

This is An Tho, representative of PR & Communication team, Tea Talk Viet Nam.

I'm glad to hear that your group of 10 students from Peking University will be arriving in Hanoi on 7.7 and also have an interest in learning about social welfare in Vietnam.

As Trang has suggested, your group will have an orphanage visiting and a meeting at Tea Talk. So here is our proposed programme for that. Please check out and let me know your idea, as well as any recommendations that could make it best for your convenience.

Meeting at Tea Talk  _ Suggested Plan

Date: Monday, 8/7/2013
Time: 9am – 11am
Attendees:
Peking University: 10 students from different grades & majors.
Tea Talk Viet Nam: Miss Trang and 3-5 TeaTalk's volunteers.

AGENDA
9am - 9.30 am: Greeting & Warm-up
9.30am - 10am: TeaTalk's information session. We will make a small presentation introducing you about: 1) What is Tea Talk; 2) Our operating model/ activities; 3) Our vision/ future plans.
10am-11am: Sharing session. We would like to make it as a mini-workshop about Mental health issues among the youth, which could be, hopefully, used as the facilitation for our project of training a group of young persons to provide Mental Health First Aid to their peers wherever they go. (mentioned by Trang)
After 11am: Probably we could make a small tour around TeaTalk, and also have lunch here, or just relax & chitchat,..., whichever that makes you feel comfortable.
