Hi everyone,

Please be on time to the 8:30pm full-club meeting tonight - we won't have Exec beforehand.

We will need all hands on deck to count votes (which need to be counted right after each election). We can either let the SIC members sit and wait during that period, or someone can lead them in preliminary brainstorming (at 8:20 we'll be doing some organizational brainstorming stuff - it would probably be helpful for them to do some independent thinking/writing in advance!).

Thoughts?

yes! I will bring giant paper and markers for brainstorming and drawing.

Hi all,

Looking forward to seeing everyone in Sever 304 at 8pm tonight. We'll probably go a little late, so please be as prompt as possible. High-level overview:

8:00-8:10 - Quick check-ins

8:10-8:20 - Prep for mentoring event

1.  Activities for mentoring event (just talking or a game??)
2.  Send reminder email to SIC members (Monday evening)
3.  Go over food to buy (what do people like?)
4.  Review extra stuff (name tags, pitchers, napkins, cups, plates)
5.  Go over times and setup

8:20-9:00 - Application review: We'll review applications for each position, moving through positions alphabetically. Exec members who have applied for positions will leave the room when their respective positions are discussed. I will be sending each of you applications to review later today. Please take a few minutes to look at these in advance so we can maximize conversation time. 

9:00-9:10 - Scheduling next Exec meeting and interviews, if necessary; discuss "shadowing period"
