Hi all,
Sorry to bug you during break BUT we have received zero Exec Board applications, so we all need to do some work. It's possible that people are just waiting until the last minute, but I think we should all send notes to possible candidates ASAP in case they need that extra push. I know people were really excited about these positions a week ago... hopefully that enthusiasm hasn't disappeared!
Also, remember that if you are interested in staying on Exec for 2014, you have to submit an application, too. Lmk if you have questions or if you'd like to talk through options!

Just a plug for this! Suggestion for division of labor:
I'll take Summit team. Krithika, could you do personal outreach to several Inno-vents peeps (ie. Emily Trang, Emily Chen) who you think would be great? Manik, could you do the same for Synergy?
Let's get the outreach done by tonight, so everyone has all day tomorrow to fill out applications!

I've already talked and written to her about it, but I think she would appreciate a short note of encouragement from you! She was the Summit's director of internal outreach.

The actual changing of the guard is next semester though right? I'll mention it, but you're right in that Synergy is taking a lot of her effort. Maybe we should name Synergy chair as an exec next year depending on how this year's session goes. Just an idea.
