IMPT: Exec Retreat, Sun. Jan. 26, 2-5pm

Dearest SIClings,
I hope that you're all passed out on sofas/beaches somewhere and that you're in complete hibernation mode.
I don't want to disturb your precious rest time, but I just wanted to let you know that exec retreat (absolutely mandatory) will be from 2-5pm on Sunday, January 26th in room 102 of the i-lab.
I'd also like to request 2013 exec members to attend from 1-2pm. The Constitution requires all outgoing members to file an end-of-year report. Bari and I discussed this requirement and thought that attendance at the retreat for an hour will suffice as a substitute. If you're absolutely unable to attend, please submit a 250 word report by 11:59pm on Jan. 25 to Bari and me outlining (a) best practices for SIC, (b) best practices for your role, (c) challenges you faced, (c) ideas for the incoming exec member in your role, and (d) other essential info (dates, login info, etc.) We will have a power-brainstorming sesh with old and new exec and one-on-one mentoring at the retreat. You're the best :)
I'll be writing back with a full schedule closer to the date.
Sending icicles and frostbites from the Great North (just kidding...though my town does look like an ice mausoleum at the moment). I'm mad pumped to reuinte with such a lovely group of geniuses.
