Dear friends,

1... The subject person in this article is the most depraved person I have read about. His own background is suspect and he talks of unbelievable nonsense to justify his untenable actions. What manner of man is this who lives in delusional depravity comparing the actions of Tunku, our beloved father of independence to his utterly despicable actions. To even compare the two are the thoughts of a "Lunatic" who when he has no more place to hide, shifts the "blame" and the focus of attention to someone who is revered by all Malaysians. Doesn't his so-called "learned" mind know that to usurp the laws of the land to issue arbitrarily Identity cards and citizenship papers 'in secret' is tantamount to treason.

2... I can tell you after he is gone that many will hold his memory in utter disdain. In his contemptible policies, he has enriched a small minority, retarded the poor in the kampungs and rural areas and caused disunity and disarray among the peoples of Malaysia. They have seen little real progress in the area of harmony and unity. Sad that after 55 years of independence, we continue to look at each other with suspicion and distrust. I have great Malay and Indian friends who are really close confidants. Why can't this be extended in our beloved country.

3... The subject person's reported wealth of more than US$40 billion is staggering. I feel such a sense of unfathomable moral corruption when I read of such articles. Even if the articles are 10% correct, the indecent accumulation of wealth would be a terrible indictment. Such are the scums of our country who has no moral worth and worse, even less of the semblance of a conscience. In this reflection of an absent conscience, the existence of the the high numbers of Malaysians still mired in financial difficulties and poverty would ring long and clear in his ears and until the day he passes on, the voices of injustice would echo long and hard. There is no escaping truth and only the truth will be told at the end.

4... In every sense of the word he has lived up to the term "Recalcitrant. Even in the overwhelming evidence of the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI), he clings on to his fallacy of 'justifiable' wrongs. He takes every educated Malaysian to be an idiot in the explanations he has parlayed. He still thinks that he is the infallible, untouchable 'great' Leader that he was and steadfastly refuses to acknowledge the terrible gravity of what he has done. History has shown that Tyrants will always meet their fate. In his perception of his own infallibility, he has made a fatal 'prideful' mistake. Pride will always go before a fall.

5... If truth be told, Malaysia has very little truthful leaders. Time and again, truth is blatantly covered up and the injustices continued unabated. The mega corruption is a "rip-off" of the country robbing its people of their rightful entitlement. This has started from the so-called great "Leader" - the subject person who justified every misdeed that he committed and it has continued unabated till today. The cover-up of cover-ups has continued and to have such a cover-up (of a blatant murder so obviously pointing to only a couple of persons) blatantly ignored is simply put, unbelievable. The overwhelming evidence such as the established identity of the 2 Security detail who perpetrated the actual act, the C4 explosives, the erased entry of the murdered victim in the immigration records, the acquittal of the only other suspect in the murder, the recent video tapes of Deepak and Bala the Private Investigator which points so obviously to the actual Perpetrators, the 'black-out' of the mainline media of news on this event all make this event so frighteningly evil. if truth be told, then the conclusion must be "No one killed Altantuya - she exploded her own body!" What a terrible travesty of justice. We wait with abated breath for just one more person who knows what happened to come forward and make a confession. There are obviously many who knows the truth in the chain of event and somewhere, somehow, someone will be so badly plagued by the perceived 'spirits-that-be' in their dishonest concealment of the truth that they will tell the honest truth. 

6... So many destitute and struggling poverty-stricken Malaysians make the situation in Malaysia intriguing. The existence of many young struggling professionals in the main racial group in Malaysia, the existence of the huge numbers of Mat Rempits (who have little future before them), the high drug addiction among them are all the products of a system of governance that has failed miserably. The practice of a skewed meritocracy has created a 'huge problem' for the country. The churning out of tens of thousands of graduates who cannot even speak proper English and who are neither conversant in their mother tongues have backfired badly. The massive protesting numbers of Urban Malays is testimony to the huge dissatisfaction that is inherent in the local populace. Allowed to continue, what will result will be even more social disenfrachisement and a far bigger group of an unhappy majority as nothing is done to redress the situation.

7... I love Malaysia! I love this beloved country of mine! it will be the only country that I will love!!! I was born here and so were 7 generations in my family. They lived in Penang and for years they coexisted and worked the land with their Malay and Indian neighbors. I will always remember growing up in Ipoh, my wonderful friendships with the Indian Grocer and my Indian barber. I will never forget the times spent in kampong Kepayang spent with my Malay classmate Ariffin and Shahwan. We were like brothers. Many of us had such wonderful experiences. I am wishing for such an environment again and I believe with all my heart that it will come. I am watching Part 4 of the TV series "World without End". It is a story of tyranny and a village that decided to fight against the full force of the King's army. It was a decision that took them against fearful opposition and when the smoke had cleared, evil still lost in the end. It will always be because evil can fester for a while but there is no tyranny in the world that has ever survived the times. When will these evil tyrants learn - that even when they win, they lose!!! The consequences will surely catch up with them.

8... I can only pray that change will come soon. From what I see, the inexperienced Opposition in Government is still a far better option than the present expertly corrupt and decadent Government. We must pass the word far and wide. Send out such emails to all our contacts. This would be my definition of a true Malaysian with a right sense of justice. HS

Guys, This is the most damning article I have come across on the Mamak-Pseudo Malay’s granting of citizenship to Filipino and Indonesian Muslims in Sabah in 1994 so that they may vote his political party into power. And what was worse than that criminal act was his utterance that Tunku Abdul Rahman did something even more outrageous in granting citizenship to Chinese, Indians and other non-Malays when Malaya achieved independence from the British in 1957. The question that must be asked AND answered is this "Doesn't this act of Kutty Mamak now make the legitimacy of UMNO Baru's/Barisan's right to govern our country totally invalid?" MAHATHIR MOHAMAD, EX-PRIME MINISTER OF MALAYSIA (1981-2003)!! by Donplaypuks®, Once again, I regard it as my duty to pay homage to and keep alive what I regard as the greatest newspaper article of all time - 'J'accuse', written and first published on 13th January 1898 by that great French writer, Emile Zola. As a documentation of all the positive things about us humans - thinking intelligence, inventiveness, creativeness, courage in the face of hopeless odds, inspirational - nothing comes close.   I have written several blogs relying on J'accuse as the inspiration:-    Once again, I draw on Zola and J'accuse to warn you of the dangers of "self-appointed dictators" hiding in laughable patriots' clownish costume. At the risk of being repetitious, let me remind you of that famous cliche that "patriotism is the last refuge of the scoundrel."   And now, when that scoundrel has been caught in the glare of huge search lights, naked with his pants down (again), he would have us believe that government policy is legal if effected by him, even if it is TOTALLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Which begs the question of how our Constitution could reign supreme as the protector of the rights of Malaysian citizens, if Mahathirism could blatantly be allowed to ride rough-shod over it.   And make no mistake. Dr. Mahathir Mohamad is in self-denial and wallowing in classic CYA (cover your ass) mode, when he shamelessly whimpers that he had the power to give away blue Identity Cards (IC) and citizenships to illegal immigrants in Sabah, as part of legal government policy when he was Prime Minister of Malaysia from 1981-2003. Article 19(3) of our Federal Constitution states"The periods of residence in the federation ... required for the grant of a certificate of naturalisation are periods which amount in the aggregate to not less than 10 years in the 12 years immediately preceding the date of the application....". Was this complied with? What skills could these ILLEGAL immgrants have brought that could pass the "desirable skills" citizenship test in Malaysia?   Let me be even more accusatorial. Mahathir is plain lying, and he knows too that he is lying. Traitorus and treasonous conduct? You bet! Gross abuse of power? Totally!   Mahathir did that to ensure that his grip on power would not lapse, if and when, and now they surely have, Sabahans realise that Mahathir was just as much a colonialist, as the British and others we replaced, were!   For no government policy can sanction the award of citizenships to illegal immigrants, with the right to vote in State and general elections, if it is tainted with the broad brush of racial and religious bigotry! And that's exactly what Mahathir set out to achieve. His aim was to re-engineer the population mix of Sabah, by secretly awarding citizenships to mainly Filipino and Indonesian illegal Muslim immigrants, some of whom were clearly terrorists!   To achieve this, he and his Cabinet Ministers illegally ordered and approved the forging of birth certificates, and relaxed the rules for issuing blue IC's.   If it was all that legal, why was it done in complete secrecy? Why has he been denying anything of that nature occurred all these years?   But there is something even more despicable of the man dubbed 'Maha Firaun' or 'Great Pharaoh" which monicker I am told is something that Dr.M loathes even more than being labelled a 'self-appointed dictator.'   He claims his actions were no different from that of Tunku Abdul Rahman, the Prime Minister at Independence in 1957, in awarding citizenships to Chinese, Indians and Others.   And therein lies the GREAT LIE!   The great and much-loved Tunku, regarded universally as the one true Prime Minister of ALL Malaysians, his Ministers and administration:-   1. DID NOT secretly award Malaysian citizenships based on whether anyone was a Muslim or not. Religion and race did not come into the equation.   2. Awarded citizenships in 1957 AFTER open discussions and agreement by  all the Sultans (Rulers), UMNO, MCA, MIC, the British Administration and various NGO's and prominent individuals. This was seen as social justice to a group of (largely) immigrants who had been brought in under contract labour tems from China, India, Sri Lanka, etc., to develope Malaya.   These immigrants had contributed spectacularly to the Malayan economy over a period of some 150 years, in developing an advanced infrastructure and catapulting the country on to the world stage in the production of  (primarily) rubber and tin, the priciple export commodities of Malaya. Only an insane man would deny the Indian/Chinese nexus in the road, railway, port and plantation and mining industries. Many had fought to defend the country against the Japanese, and later, the Communists.   They were not the children of the 'come here, gone tomorrow' class of 'get rich quick' immigrants. Malaya owed them, and the Tunku and Rulers rewarded them for their loyalty, with a non-religious and non-racial embrace that was surpassed only by its magnanimity.   And this senile old self-induced selective amnesia suffering shrivelling old goat and bigot would have us believe that his despicable manipulations were in the same class as that of the Tunku and the Rulers?   There, I have warned you of our, the Malaysian Peoples', real enemy. He is this waxing and waning demagogue, whose deliberate policy all these years, has been to divide the Malays, Chinese, Indians, Sarawakians, Sabahans and others and the Muslims, Christians, Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Taosist too, in order to cling on to power and destroy us completely. His party, the new one that illegally transferred assets of that of the old honoured one, no longer represents the majority of the Malaysian Malays, or decent human beings! How can it, when it will not even bring murderers (who ordered the killing of Altantuya?) to book!   You have been warned. I have stuck this warning label on every article I have produced. Caveat Emptor! Read it. Memorise it. Vote our enemies out. That is our duty to our children and to those yet to be born in Malaysia.   I accuse Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, and I accuse justly!
