Dear students,

Tomorrow i.e. on 28th Oct campus drive is scheduled for MCA-III students & MCA passout(batch 2011-14) students at SIBAR campus. Criteria is throught 50%.

Read the following mail carefully for more details about campus process...

Hello Sandeep/Chandrani,

As per the telephonic conversation this morning, freezing the drive date on 28th October,2014 (Tuesday) for January Joining batch.

Some IT prerequisites for the ESPL online Test:

1. All the machines should be connected to Internet

2. All the machines time should be matched to the Internet time strictly

3. All the machines should have modern browser IE 8 / Chrome / Firefox

4. Projector for presentation

Bond Details - (Do make sure candidates appearing for the test should be comfortable for the bond)

Bond Period: 24 months from date of Joining

· Annual remuneration – 2L to 2.5 lacs per annum (for 2 years)

Bond Amount :

· Surety:

· Deposit of Rs.4,000 to Rs.5,000/- monthly for the complete bond period (2years)

· Accrued amount (Rs. 96,000/- to Rs. 1,20,000/-)will be reimbursed on completion of bond (2 years)

· Bond Details

· 60 K (Against the training provided)

· Certification Cost

· Last Six months’ Salary

· Surety signature on the bond agreement

· Training/Probation period - first 3 months

· Change in Designation to System Executive after completion of probation period( 3 months)

· Appraisal eligibility after completion of bond period(24 months)

· Committed salary hike of 80% after completion of bond period

SELECTION PROCESS FOR THE DAY :

· Online Test (60 minutes)

· Group Discussion
