Job Profile
|
Candidate should be Any Technical Graduate with excellent communication skills in English - both spoken and written & good presentation skills. Good knowledge of Telecom Infrastructure Technologies LAN/ WAN/ Routers/ Switches/ Hubs/ Networks etc.
Acting as Single Point of Contact for customers for either reporting trouble or providing updates on existing Trouble Tickets. Able to fix WAN troubles either by remote diagnostics or by involving relevant technical/non-technical teams Should be comfortable in taking inbound calls / making outbound calls. Calls may be required to interact with End customers/ Technicians/ Other teams. Must be willing and able to work various shifts as assigned (such as nights, weekends and statutory holidays), based on business needs.
