Construction Update

[Sibelius Square]

A short update on construction at the Park:

The site works are moving along nicely at Sibelius Square

The following is a status of recent events:

• Installed the site furnishings (picnic tables, benches).
• Completed rough grading operations
• Working on fine grading operations
• Irrigation system is currently being installed.
• Working on interiors of building.

We are waiting for the weather to warm up before the walls are sandblasted and the anti graffiti sealant is applied.

Sod should be available in the coming weeks.

Seeding in the dense shade area (under the tress) should occur next week (weather permitting).
