Off leash already...

Hello Sibelius Squares,

Spotted four (4) off-leash hounds in the park tonight (May 27). When I
reminded said dogs and their human companions about the no off-leash
rule I was called a douche bag. I don't even know what that means!

Let's all do our part to remind the ignorant. Jean Sibelius is an
on-leash park. The bylaw calls for a $240 fine.

Thanks, Denis. John and I stood at our windows last night watching very large dogs tear around and debated  to act or not to act. I took the nip-it-in-the-bud approach. John advocated making sure the signs were up. We decided to wait until today. These early days are important. If everyone does their part, I'm sure it will unfold as it should.

We watch Jon Stewart. I think douche bag has something to do with Dick Cheney.
