The “SiBCTF” competitions in information security

The SiBears team from Tomsk State University, Russia, presents the
“SiBCTF” (or “Сибъ Цтфъ”, in Russian) competitions in computer security.
The teams each consisting not more than 7 members are invited to take
part.

The “SiBCTF” competitions are divided into the quals and the finals.
The quals would be held online over the Internet. The finals would be
held onsite for Russian teams and online for foreign teams.
Unfortunately, we have no possibility of inviting foreign teams this
year. There will be not more than 8 teams from Russia and not more than
8 foreign teams on the finals.

The quals would be held on 2nd and 3rd of July, 2011. Start time is
22:00 NOVST (GMT+7), duration is 48 hours. To participate it is
necessary to pass through the registration of both the team and its
participants. The instructions on registration would be given later
through the http://sibears.ru/ site, the
http://groups.google.com/group/sibears group, and the @sibears twitter.

The finals would be held on 11th of September, 2011.
