ผมว่าการที่ราชการประกาศหยุด หรือธนาคารประกาศหยุด ไม่น่าจะเป็นประเด็นที่เราจะหยุดตาม หรือว่าใจอยากหยุดตามเลยถามทางหาเพื่อน บริษัทโดยผู้บริหารก็กำหนดวันทำงานล่วงหน้าวางแผนงานไว้แล้ว บ่อยครั้งที่เกิดคำถามนี้ว่าเขาหยุดแล้วเราหยุดไหม ก็เลยถามกลับไปว่าเราเป็นราชการหรือก็เปล่า ราชการเองมีหนังสือมาก็เป็นแค่ขอความร่วมมือมาไม่กล้าสั่ง  แต่โดยการบริหารการจัดการแล้วเอกชนอย่างเรามองการไกลกำหนดวันทำงาน วันหยุดไว้ล่วงหน้าเป็นปีอยู่แล้วและมักจะไม่เปลี่ยนแปลงเพราะธุรกิจได้นัดหมายกับคู่ค้าไว้แล้วเช่นกัน

ดังนั้นจึงไม่ได้ใส่ใจกับการหยุดเพิ่มเติมทีหลังของหน่วยงานใดเขา เพราะมันเกิดปัญหาในการทำงาน เช่นเราวางแผนจัดส่งสินค้าไว้แล้ว หากหยุดเพิ่มงานก็จะไม่ได้ตามแผน ฝ่ายบุคคลเองมักจะต้องตอบคำถามกับนายทั้งหลายว่ามีใครเขาหยุดบ้างเลยต้องมาถามกันทุกคน บางคนหยุด บางคนไม่หยุด หรือถ้าพี่หยุดหนูจะได้บอกนายจะได้หยุดตาม เอาเป็นว่าเสียเวลากับการจะหาทางหยุดเลยไม่ได้ทำงานอื่นกัน

ก็แล้วแต่มุมมองนะครับ

บริษัท ฟูจิซา (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ก็ประกาศหยุดเหมือนกันครับ ผู้บริหารเห็นว่าพนักงานควรได้พักผ่อนให้เต็มที่หลังจากที่ได้ทุ่มเททำงาน และเฝ้าระวังน้ำมา

บริษัท วิลสันอาร์ท (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด หยุดค่ะ เนื่องจากผู้บริหารเห็นว่าพนักงานเหน็ดเหนื่อยจากการทำงานมากและพนักงานทุกคนทุ่มเททำงาน เมื่อกลับบ้านต่างจังหวัดก็จะได้อยู่กับครอบครัวนาน ๆ ค่ะ
