For our Domestic market we specialize in Indian cuisine and   are dedicated to food service (Hotel, Restaurants), airline catering, retail sectors. Our presence is in  (The Mall, Villa, Foodland, Tops, Max Value etc.) in Thai market and also export in various parts of the world.

We are part of the famous Rembrandt group in Bangkok, our recipes have been inspired from the award winning restaurant ‘Rang Mahal’ (in Rembrandt Hotel, Sukhumvit soi 18), which has been awarded the best Indian restaurant in Thailand  for ten years consecutively. With this expertise we have created the gourmet banqueting Indian range.

BIC’s product range is based on sound HACCP, BRC, HALAL and ISO 9001 2008 principles, while ensuring that  high quality products are produced in line with consumer preferences and We are a BOI promoted company  and exporter of Ready to Eat Meal Products.

Administration / HR Executive

Job Descriptions. Administrative Functions

Greet and assist customers, visitors who visit office.

Arrange air-ticket, visa application and itinerary planning (overseas) Contract with Government section as assigned: Thai FDA ,BOI, Ministry of commerce. Coordinate with the repair and maintenance of office equipment as assigned Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Human Resources

Recruit and select candidates as per individual department requirement. To develop source and implement training programs to meet all the training needs. To arrange monthly report: social security report, revenue report, leaves record.  Handle all BOI process for foreign employee related to visa and work permit To arrange report : social security report ,revenue report, leave record,uppdate staff leave record To set up annual health checkup for staffs.

Assist in other HR service as assigned

Qualifications

1    Gender Male or Female, Thai Nationality. 2    Bachelor’s degree in any field

3    2-5 years direct experience is preferred. 4    Good command of written and spoken English 5    Computer ability especially Microsoft Office 6    Can work under pressure

Type of Business : Export / Import / Trading (Frozen Ready to Eat Meal) Location: Sukhumvit 20, Bangkok

Working day / time : Mon- Fri (09.00-18.00 hrs)
