ขอรบกวนนิดหนึ่งนะค่ะ ไม่ทราบว่ามีใครรู้บ้างไหมค่ะ ระหว่างคำว่า Base Salary กับ Basic Salary มีความหมายเหมือนกัน หรือแตกต่างกันอย่างไร ?

น่าจะไม่เหมือนนะคะ

Basic Salary = ฐานเงินเดือนอย่างเดียว

Base Salary = ฐานเงินเดือน + โบนัส + ค่าเบี้ยเลี้ยงอื่นๆ

ไม่แน่ใจว่าถูกรึเปล่านะคะ ลองเช็ดดูอีกทีค่ะ

สำหรับพี่ไม่เหมือนกันค่ะ

Base Salary หมายถึง ฐานเงินเดือน ณ ตำแหน่งหนึ่ง

เช่น ในปี2009 กำหนด พนักงานทำความสะอาด 6,500 บาท

Basic salary หมายถึง เงินเดือน พนักงาน (ที่มีการปรับประจำปีแล้ว) และยังไม่รวม Benefit อื่นๆ

จะใช้ในการคำนวณหา budget ของปีหน้า

Payroll Budget 2009

Base Salary = 6500 บาท

Basic Salary = 6800 บาท ( พนักงานเริ่มงาน 1 มค.2008 สิ้นปี ปรับเงินเดือน 300 บาท ดังนั้น ณ วันที่ 1 มค.2009 จะได้รับเงินเดือน 6800 บาท )

แต่ถ้าพนักงานคนเก่าลาออก รับคนใหม่เพิ่ม จะจ่ายที่เงินเดือน Base Salary
