ตามมติคณะรัฐมนตรีวันที่ 20 ม.ค. 52 -resend
เรียนทุกท่าน
คณะรัฐมนตรีมีมติเห็นชอบในหลักการเห็นชอบให้มีการออกกฎหมายเพื่อกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจในปี 2552 ดังนี้ ทั้งนี้ท่านสามารถศึกษารายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมตามเอกสารแนบ
อย่างไรก็ตามมาตรการภาษีเหล่านี้ กรมสรรพากรจะต้องมีการออกกฎหมายและประกาศใช้อย่างเป็นทางการอีกครั้งหนึ่ง ซึ่งหากมีการประกาศใช้กฎหมายเมื่อใด Tax Accounting จะนำมารายละเอียดมาแจ้งให้ทราบโดยเร็วต่อไป
ภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา
1. ขยายวงเงินได้พึงประเมินขั้นต่ำที่ต้องคำนวณภาษีในอัตราร้อยละ 0.5 จาก 60,000 บาท เป็น 1,000,000 บาท
2. เพิ่มเพดานวงเงินได้ที่ได้รับยกเว้นภาษีสำหรับวิสาหกิจชุมชน จาก 1,200,000 บาท เป็น 1,800,000 บาท
3. ยกเว้นภาษีเงินได้สำหรับค่าซื้ออสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่ไม่เคยผ่านการใช้งานมาก่อน และมีการโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ภายในปี 2552 จำนวนที่จ่ายจริงแต่ไม่เกิน 300,000 บาท
ภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล
4. หักรายจ่ายสำหรับค่าห้องพัก และค่าห้องสัมมนาได้เป็นจำนวน 2 เท่าของที่จ่ายจริง สำหรับรอบระยะเวลาบัญชี 2552
5. ปรับปรุงเงื่อนไขการยกเว้นภาษีเงินได้จากเงินปันผล และ capital gain ของธุรกิจ Venture Capital เพื่อสนับสนุนแหล่งเงินทุนให้วิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม ( SMEs )
มาตรการภาษีเพื่อสนับสนุนการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างหนี้
6. สิทธิประโยชน์จากการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างหนี้ (NPL) ที่ได้ดำเนินการตามหลักเกณฑ์การปรับปรุงโครงสร้างหนี้
สิทธิประโยชน์จากการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างองค์กร โดยการโอนกิจการบางส่วน
7. การยกเว้นภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ภาษีธุรกิจเฉพาะ และอากรแสตมป์ อันเนื่องมาจากการโอนกิจการบางส่วนให้แก่กัน จากการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างองค์กร
ทั้งนี้สำหรับ หน่วยลงทุนที่ได้มีการซื้อระหว่างวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2551 ถึง 31 ธันวาคม 2551
