Preparation for in-person participants of Midwest Numerical Analysis Day 2021

Dear all,

Sorry to bother you again. In my previous call for presentations, I forgot to include the information about our preparation for in-person participants.

We reserved the whole second floor of Havener center for far more than enough room to keep social distance, since it could accommodate about one thousand people. We will also provide both lunch and dinner in half of the ballroom with enough social distance. This is why we have the meal options (regular buffet with social distance or contactless meal boxes) in the registration form. The other half of the ballroom will be separated for the plenary talks. Hopefully this will minimize the risk for the in-person participants. And we have NSF grant for this conference to provide travel support to students, including some who do not give talks. Hope to see you in either in-person or online way. Thanks.
