Recruiting teachers to test reading application Qlovi

My name is Mohamed Gulaid. I am part of a students group from School of Information. We are working to evaluate the usability of Qlovi, a reading platform for k-12 students. We got your contact information from Patricia Wong.

We are recruiting current teachers or potentials teachers to evaluate Qlovi. We need at least five testers. The usability test will take 40 minutes to one hour. It is simple testing process. We will ask testers to use certain functions of Qlovi and ask for feedback about ease of use and suggestions to improve the system. We need to perform this test starting Monday (4/8) until Sunday (4/14). The test will take place in North Quad on Central Campus. For incentive, participants will enter in a raffle for a $25 Amazon Gift Card. Please lets know if you can help us recruit teachers. It would be great if we can get teachers with different level of IT, computer skills. Thank you!

Nellie and Ed both have teaching experience although they are currently graduate students. They don't know many teachers in the area to recruit but would be able to actually test the product.

Can you take usability test of Qlovi anytime between monday-Thursday, coming week. in the previous email, i thought you have access to teachers. Yes, I’m available to do user testing. Thursday from 10am-12pm works best for me. I imagine I can just take this while I’m at home since location is not an issue. If you need me/us to be present together, just let me know.

I think I misread (or misunderstood) the previous email. 

I was under the impression that I could take the test remotely - it sounds like we have to do this in person?
