[SI622] Final Presentation Video

Hi all

Sorry that I am late giving you the video for review. I had some trouble with my computer, and now it's back :)

I deleted the number 7th slide, because it was too long(about 10 minutes) for the presentation. However, I still couldn't keep it as 8 minutes, but 9 in the end. The two links are the versions I think are good and smooth enough for our assignment. Please review and pick one for me. Or if you have any comments that I need to improve, I'll record new ones before the deadline at 12:00pm tomorrow.

Hi Morgan,

Thanks for doing the video.. I like take 5 better. your voice tone is smoother and upbeat than take 4. I think you covered every slide comprehensively and provided example to drive the points home (thanks to the script writers as well).. I didn't see any major problems and I think we are good to go. you can make in submission that had more slides but we could not fit in within the timeframe..

sorry for kept slide scripts bit long.. tried to keep it short as possible, but guess it was not enough.

I agree with Mohamed.

Although both are good, take 4 sounds more confident and smoother to me.

Hey sorry for a late reply, thanks for the hard work!

Second to your opinions I think both are good as well. I like take 4 better in that the voice sounds more expressive than the take 5. Good job team!

Sadly I'm stuck at graduation rehearsal until 1 PM so I won't have an opportunity to review the videos; but, sounds like the 4's have it.

Also, don't forget to post at least two comments/questions on other teams' videos by noon tomorrow.

Hi all,

I just posted the take 4 on to our group page. I remove the words "take 4" for less confusion for other people.

Next, as Chad mentioned, don't forget to post at least two comments on other groups' videos.

@Mohamed, please remember to answer at least three questions posted on our video from other groups by the next following 24 hours.

Also, we still have the final evaluation that needs to be filled individually.

hey Gang,

I responded to most comments about the final presentation.. so we are officially done for the class.

We have to meet with Qlovi to discuss the system. I got a long research paper due on May 1st. so I need to keep working on that. I can spare 1-2 to meet. but I'd like to do it after May 2nd. I sent out doodle, please fill out it so we can notify Qlovi team.

Also I think we need to prepare more heuristics and usability findings to discuss in the meeting. the meeting will focus on usability test and heuristics. so we need to little preparation for that. so lets start email discussion. Thanks all for smooth team experience..

Submitted on Doodle; Friday’s no good for me anymore, Guard has me driving up to Grayling that day, so Thursday works best.

And yet another reminder to back up Morgan’s, final evaluations are due by noon tomorrow through CTools.

And still no grades/feedback for Assignments 7, 8, or 9 from Stanley.

There is no consensus for Wed-Friday.. the best times so far are Wed morning (9-11) or Thursday morning or afternoon. in all case only three people confirmed on each slot. I will email Qlovi and give these two options. please let me know if you guys have objections. email ASAP. Also look at the doodle and feel free to make suggestions. thanks
