Hi all,
Please review the report, make sure I include all the appendixes.. let me know if you see major flaw..

I combined two finding because they were very similar. Finding 4,5.. information architecture problem and teaching workflow in class. recommendation were similar, so I combined them.

Hey Mohamed, just a few quick notes:

·         The heading for ‘Study Methodology’ on Page #4 should be colored and formatted the same way that ‘Introduction’, ‘Findings & Recommendations’, and other primary section headers are.  Right now it’s light blue instead of dark blue.

·         Consider adding page numbers in the footer; otherwise the table of contents isn’t all that helpful.

·         The header for the Table of Contents on Page #2 should either be ‘Table of Contents’ or ‘Report Content’.  ‘Table Content’ doesn’t really work.

·         The ‘Total Words Count’ & ‘Date of Last Update’ needs to be listed, either on the Cover or Table of Contents page.

·         Finding #3 on Page 8 needs an additional comma; right now it is “Finding #3: System feedback is missing misleading, or confusing to users.”  Consider rewording it to “Finding #3: System feedback is often missing, misleading, or confusing to users.”

·         Formatting of the finding titles is inconsistent; Finding #4 and #5 have a smaller font size than the first three findings, and Finding #5 just says “5: Blah Blah Blah” instead of “Finding #5: Blah Blah Blah” like the rest.

·         Make sure that findings are consistent across the document; in the ‘Findings & Recommendations’ section, Finding #5 is listed as: “5: Indications of important information to help users make selection are missing.”, but in the ‘Conclusion’ section it is listed as “Finding #5: The descriptions of books were not enough for users to judge whether they would choose to use or not.”  Pick one and use it all the way through.

·         Ensure that all the paragraphs are either left aligned or justified.  It doesn’t matter which (though I personally prefer justified), but Pages 1 thru 7 have their paragraphs justified and on Pages 8 thru 11 the paragraphs are left aligned.

·         List appendices by their title as given in the Table of Contents; for example, Page #15 shouldn’t say ‘Introduction Script: Qlovi’, it should say ‘Appendix A: Introduction Script’ as it was called back on Page #2.

This may be the wrong version; it has two title pages and there’s still a number of things to change (Finding #5 is still out of whack, no page numbers, etc).
