Sarah,
Pearson is very nice to work with. We are not currently using MyMathLab but in past years when we were, I just contacted the representative and asked them for the MyMathLab codes. I get deskcopies of the book and MyMathLab codes. I just explain to them about the SI program and that we are providing the service to the students and that I would like to request X number of books and MyMathLab codes. (I've never had a problem.)
Occasionally, the math department has already ordered the desk copies for me! :)
The worst they can do is say no. You should always ask!
We do not use MyMathLab per say in the SI sessions since I would like for SI to be more interactive rather than toward their homework problems; however, the SI Leader has access so that they can answer questions that the student might have. Also, there are some other GREAT features that will help an SI Leader in MyMathLab! They can email the students through the MyMathLab --which by the way--increases attendance!!! (Word of warning though--if the SI Leader starts emailing the students to remind them of the sessions---they cannot quit because the students will think that SI sessions are not happening that day.) Also, in MyMathLab --it has some either sample tests or test reviews in the program that the students can use to help them pick problems for the test prep sessions. (I cannot remember exactly what they are called since I do not have access to MyMathLab anymore.)

Subject: Using MyMathLab for SI
Hello, all,
I have been charged with starting an SI program this fall for the first time at my university. One of the courses we will do is Precalculus.
I learned yesterday that the homework assignments in that course will be entirely online through Pearson's MyMathLab software. This raises the question of whether we might want to do SI in a computer lab-though I don't think we would have access to problem sets that are not also homework problems. Additionally, the program apparently does not assign the exact same problems to every student, and there isn't an easy way to add the SI Leader to have any kind of access to the program (it only wants enrolled students, and we will not add him as a second instructor).
One of the instructors works at my Learning Center, and has generously offered to supply me with lots of handouts and past problems. The students also have problems available in their hardcopy textbook.
I'm thinking that I would like the SI leader to do paper-and-pencil sessions in a classroom, but I'm curious to know if anyone out there has ever used MyMathLab in any capacity during SI sessions.
