Academic Support Coordinator Position at UCF

The Student Academic Resource Center (SARC) at University of Central Florida (UCF) is hiring a Coordinator of Academic Support Services. The coordinator will oversee SARC’s academic support services for the summer bridge Access Program and Academic Coaching & Engagement (ACE) Program, while conducting academic coaching sessions as needed. This position is also responsible for the development, coordination, and facilitation of academic outreach programming, as well as marketing and promotion of SARC services. The successful candidate must be highly organized and capable of hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating undergraduate and graduate student staff for this in-person role. We are looking for candidates with direct experience managing and supervising academic coaching, summer-bridge. programming, or related peer-based academic support programs at a higher education institution.
